Terminal panel updates 
- Add TerminalSettings resource.
- Init/load terminal settings from terminal panel.
- Add terminal context menu (i.e. right-click PopupMenu).
- Add shortcut to open a new terminal Ctrl+Shift+T and make terminal panel
  visible.
